This project was a complete makeover of an old, six-story warehouse into 24 one- and two-unit apartments, some units being handicap accessible. The building included an elevator, community room with kitchen, fitness facility, laundry area, and rooftop balcony. This project posed many challenges, tight construction site, with minimum workspace on the front side of the building.
