Western Maine’s Modern Industrial Transformation for Improved Transport Solutions
In Auburn, ME, Western Maine Transportation Service expanded its facility by constructing a 5,000+ sq ft Nucor pre-engineered metal building. This new addition comprises two service bays, storage areas, bathrooms with showers, an employee zone, a mezzanine, and a touchless wash bay. The project also encompassed site redevelopment, including the installation of two stormwater retention ponds, perimeter fencing, landscaping, and extensive asphalt paving. Additionally, the exterior of the office areas received a makeover with the addition of new aluminum storefront windows and stone siding.
